On Whole Foods, and the Dangers of Vegetables.

Pro-tip:

If you don’t want to spend your whole paycheck at Whole Foods, you should probably eat breakfast.

If you don’t eat breakfast, you should probably drink some water on your way to work.

If you don’t drink some water on your way to work, you should probably have some coffee.

If you don’t have some coffee, you should probably have a snack.

If you don’t have a snack, you should probably order lunch.

If you don’t order lunch, you should probably just go home.

However, if you don’t eat breakfast, and you don’t drink water, and you don’t have coffee, and you don’t eat a snack, and you don’t order lunch, and you don’t go home, you should most definitely not go to Whole Foods and fill an entire Salad Bar container with every vegetable on offer. Unless you want to spend your whole paycheck, of course.

Plan ahead folks — otherwise you, like me, will drop $15 on a salad that serves as breakfast, lunch and dinner.
